Getting to the roots of American music, Mississippi Sawyer draws from the folk and blues tradition established in the delta and bayou regions of the post-Gilded Age American South.
Using a blend of traditional and homemade instruments such as banjo, washboard, washtub bass and even musical saw they capture a true sound of a genre of music that tells history as well as a story.
